RESEPI CHEESE CAKE

Blueberry ciskek


The kids would love this. It’s so easy to prepare aka kacang mamak
Ingredients / Bahan-bahan : ( no kacang mamak needed)
10 pieces / 50g biscuits crushed
125 g butter – melted
250 g ( 1 small pack ) TJA SUPERIOR CREAM CHEEZ – softened
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup Tja sour cream
2 tea/spoon vanilla essence + 3 drops almond essence ( forget it if terlupa beli )
1 (8 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

It’s bakin’ time …
1. Combined biscuit and melted butter and pressed on removable based cake pan ( preferebly 9? cake pan )

2. Keep in freezer until hard enough to hold cream cheese mix

3. Meanwhile prepare the filling cream. Beat T’ja Superior Cream Cheez and sugar for 15 minute or until creamy.

4. Add vanilla and almond essence

5. Add egg one at a time. Mix until well combined

6. Finally add Tja Sour Cream into cake mixture and mix.

7. Pour cake mixture on biscuit based and baked for 50mins – 1 hour 180C.

8. Wait till it cool completely before top up with blueberry pie filling.

Cotton Cheese Cake (Noralina Zainab)

1st time try COTTON CHEESE CAKE..mmg marvelous...resepi amik kt KR..tp lupa nama empunya resepi..thanks sesangat kpd empunya resepi..

Bahan2:

250gm cream cheese
50gm butter
100ml fresh milk(saya guna susu tepung + 100 ml air)
140gm castor sugar

60gm superfine flour
20gm corn flour
6 egg yolk
1 tbsp lemon juice

6 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Direction,
1-In a pot,combine cream cheese,butter,fresh milk and sugar,melt these ingredient through double boiler until smooth.set aside to cool it off.
2-Add in superfine flour and corn flour.beat until smooth.Add in eggs yolks and lemon juice.beat again.
3-whisk the egg white with cream of tartar until look like meringue or form..
4- combine the cream cheese mixture and egg white (no.3) together..beat again until smooth..
5-grease and flour a round mould.pour in the mixture into the mould.
6-using steam bake method..put the mould in preheat oven..

**160 degree celsius for 1 hour and 10 minutes..(saya bakar 1 jam 1/2)resepi..

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE by RITA NORLITAH HASHRAL

Hari ini juga saya buat baked BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
Bahan bahan nya:
75 gram butter, di cairkan..dan lebih sedikit untuk mengris kan loyang nya nanti..
175 gram biskut jenama digestive (dihancurkan lumat)
175 gram buah blueberry, dan kalau nak buat hiasan, lebihkan lah sikit..
450 gram cream cheese (saya guna jenama philidelphia)
150 gram gula caster
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
4 biji telor di pukul manja
sedikit gula ising untuk taburan

panaskan oven pada suhu 180 darjah gunakan loyang 24cm yang bulat

Cara cara nya:
(kalau anda tak ada loyang springfoam) guna kan loyang biasa pon boleh sahaja.Cara nya ,loyang ditaruk kan kertas pembakar lalu di gris ngan butter.

1) Hancurkan biskut digestive lalu gaulkan ngan 75 gm butter cair, lalu terap dan tekan tekan ke dalam loyang.Lalu taburkan blueberry keatasnya dan boleh lah letak kan ke peti ais sementara menunggu untuk membuat creame cheese nya adonan.
2) Pukul creame cheese, gula caster, esen vanilla dan telor didalam bekas yang agak besar. Pukul hingga halus dan berkrim.
3)Setelah halus dan berkrim adonan creame cheese tu, boleh lah tuangkan ke dalam loyang yang dah ada biskut dan blueberry tadi..
4) Bakar selama 40 mins atau lebih..boleh sampai ke 1 jam kekadang tu, atau apa bila di goyangkan loyang, adonan itu tidaklah bergoyang sangat.(bergegar)( atas dan tepi kek nampak keperangan)
5)keluarka dari oven , biar sejuk..betul betul sejuk..baru bole tabur sedikit gula ising diatas nya untuk diterbalikkan supaya boleh bukak dan buang kertas pembakar dibawah nya..hidang ketika sejuk...
